Workouts will be held Monday-Thursday. We will have all workouts for the month of June at House Park. We are considering this Phase 1.

Phase 1 will include all rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. I apologize to the rising 8th and 9th grade groups, but this decision was out of my hands. In the grand scheme of things, it is a short window to be delayed, so there is no sense in worrying about things we cannot control. We will continue to post our workouts online for any athletes who are not included in Phase 1 or for those who do not feel comfortable working out in large groups. Phase 2 is on track to start in July and you will be included in Phase 2.

I think the most important thing right now is to make sure that we are all on point during this first phase. We must all use common sense and it will be imperative for the kids to follow every procedure and rule that we have developed.

Two documents attached:
The first one is a document with our basic guidelines for the camps. They are not professional documents, but I wanted to get them out to you as soon as possible. The other document is a map of House Park that shows our flow of traffic for check in each day. This document also shows our plan for the station rotation flow during workouts to maintain social distancing. We have tried to troubleshoot many of the obvious issues, but I am sure there are some that we have missed.

Please be patient with us. We will continue to tweak and develop our procedures as we move forward this summer.

Our main goal is to create the safest environment following guidelines from TEA, UIL, AISD, and the CDC. It is impossible for us to be perfect because of the nature of the COVID virus, but we have done our best to create a solid plan to allow our kids to get back to working out together.

MUST COMPLETE BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP-NO EXCEPTIONS

WEEKLY PRE-SCREEN CHECK
This must be done EVERY Sunday night to participate on Monday morning. I will send out the link in an email every Sunday afternoon to remind you. The link to the google form is provided below:

This only needs to be done once. Camp is FREE this year, so all we need is contact information and an acknowledgment of our waiver. Athletes who are only allowed to work out in Phase 2, please register, but you do not need to submit a weekly health check in until July.

We will finally have our much anticipated Zoom meeting. The information is below. I have provided two meetings. One for parents and one for kids. I will stay on as long as I need to to answer any questions that you have.
